QI GONG is a powerful system of healing and energy medicine from China. It is the art and science of using breathing techniques, gentle movement, and meditation to cleanse, strengthen, and circulate the life energy (qi).Qigong practice leads to better health and vitality and a tranquil state of mind.

We are in a great need to upgrade our training carpet therefore we are putting our training floor up for sale!

This is your opportunity to get you into China Spirit UK Walk of Fame. Underpin your place in China Spirit UK future by buying a square meter of our new competition grade carpet..

Each square meter can be bought for £15.

Ownership entails:

- One square meter of the carpet

- Choose your own square

- Certificate of Entitlement

- Invitation to a private ‘Decorate your Carpet’ Event

- A piece of China Spirit UK history

You can purchase more than one square meter, you can buy them as a gift or you can buy family squares.

This will help all our students to experience training on a competition grade carpet.

Fundraising Sleepover in the Centre

Friday 30 August 2019

Spend a night filled with fun and laughter at China Spirit UK. It costs £15

Includes:

- Pizza for dinner (other food can be arranged too)

- Breakfast

- Games & Film night

- Worry free night out for the parents ;-)

Please arrive after 5.30 pm and collect children by 9 am on Saturday morning 31 Aug.

Bring pillows, sleeping bags, overnight bag, and whatever you or your child needs

This event is open for both adults and children, members and non-members.

Walk with Master

23rd June 2019 - Wirral Coastal Walk

Help Master Xingbo to raise money for China Spirit UK by joining him on a 15 miles (or 4 or 10 miles).

Sponsorship and registration forms are available from the centre or you can download it from here

We will meet at the registration point by Seacombe Ferry terminal at 8.15 am. Make sure that you check the weather condition on the day and dress accordingly. Have enough water and snack with you for the walk. And most importantly: comfortable walking shoes.
