Lottery Funded Free Classes

We are delighted to announce that China Spirit UK has received funding from The National Lottery Community Fund to offer a new programme of free Tai Chi and Kung Fu classes for the local community.

These classes are designed to help people of different ages become more active, improve confidence, support wellbeing, and enjoy the benefits of traditional Chinese martial arts in a friendly and welcoming environment.

The programme will run for 6 months, starting from 16th May 2026.

Free classes available

Adult Tai Chi 14 years+ - Mondays at 12:00 pm

​

Children’s Kung Fu 6 years+ - Wednesdays at 5:30 pm

​

Kung Fu Cubs 3–6 years - Saturdays at 11:15 am

​

All sessions are free, but places are limited and must be booked in advance here

Booking information

Booking is essential and we are unable to accept walk-ins. Spaces will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis, with priority given to new sign-ups.
